I know in Vegas you can go anywhere with a drink, and they serve 24/7...Miami serves 24/7 as well...but can you walk down the street drinking?

I know in South Beach you can have travelers (to go cups). They have several bars where you can get plastic cups and then go walk on the beach. I really do not know about the rest of Miami I am sure that if you can do it at one beach, there will be others. Just make sure you are of legal age. Have fun!

Yeah, you can walk down the street with alcoholic bev's but you must be of legal age.
