i like Giovanni... I think Giovanni Michael sounds good. I think that Bella should be the middle name as Belle, Bella, Isabelle, etc. are all very popular right now. But I think that since many Italian female names end in an a that the middle name should be Belle to avoid the redundancy of the -a.

Aria
Arianna
Carese Bella or Belle
Lauretta
Mariella
Sienna

Guys name I cant help you with because I am not really a big fan of Italian boy names... but if you want to use Bella for a girl... I would go with either Isabella or Anabella

Arabella is Italian for beautiful, and has that "Bella" sound in it. I am also Italian, and my grandmother's name was "Carmella" or "Carmelia" both pronounced "car-mel-a" and I always thought that was pretty. So how about:
Arabella Marie
Carmella (Carmelia) Jasmine
Giovanni is VERY Italian, and so are Joseph and Salvator. So...
Joseph Giovanni
Giovanni Salvator

good luck!

In Italy it is tradition for the first born child to be named after the Father's Father and Mother first, then the Mother's Father and Mother second (depending on what sex comes first).

Maybe you could pick a family name, your husbands parents names or your parents names. Or if you don't like any of them a grandparent name? That would be a lovely honor and the baby would always feel special knowing they were named after someone important.
