I use waterproof, but it doesn't matter. Right now I am using Mabeline Waterproof Great Lash. By the time I get to work, it's under my eyes and looks like crap! I do use concealer and powder under my eyes as well. I can't afford some $45 mascara either, I'm on a budget!

I've been wearing mascarra for years and the best one for not giving you raccoon eyes is Cover Girl in the red tube. I promise...it works.

Dont rub your eyes or just get a new waterproof mascara. I use waterproof Loreal Voluminous & it doesnt run or come off until I take it off! I love it :)

You should try Mary Kay's Ultimate Mascara....it is $15, and they have some waterproof for $10 and I have never had them to run....even when crying!!!

I've had that problem so I switched to clear mascara. It serperates my lashes, and I dont have to worry about raccoon eyes anymore!

at sephora they have pretty nice mascara for under $30 thats waterproof. i hate it because i cant get it off!

really whoa thats crazy.... i use mabeline waterproof stylist something something and it works just fine!
and it only cost like $6.00-7.00.

try dusting translucent powder on your eyes before, and after you put your mascara on.
