it will seriously help your back and breasts stop hurting for a bit because of the weightless thing of the pool
just dont dive or do belly flops

Absolutely not. As a lifeguard and swim instructor for 7 years I can tell you that I've never seen a pregnant person go into labor the second they get in the water!

In fact, swimming is a GREAT form of excercise while pregnant. It's no impact and a great cardio workout.

Nope. In fact, swimming is very nice near the end of the pregnancy. The water takes all that weight off your back for a while. However, if your amniotic sac has broken, do not go in the water. It can lead to an infection.

What? Some women choose to give birth in a pool or tub, but the baby doesn't just pop out if you go under water.....

How old are you hun? Where did you even hear this? So untrue. Actually being in a pool during pregnancy is quite a relief. My doctor actually recommended it when I was pregnant for my twins.
