The best kind of bike pump to use is a foot pump, it does take awhile but it can be done. I did it with 4 flats on a 64 Galaxie that sat for 5 years.
The foot pump can be left in your car just in case.

Bike pumps can go as high as 120psi. They do not have much air flow so go nuts.

It is possible but will take a very long time but the pump wont be able to give it the necessary pressure.

Yes you can, I did it when I was younger. It takes quite awhile but it can be done.
