From the Age of 8 to 11 yrs my Son was put in a situation where if I knew about it He would have been protected, My son was told never to tell his Mom or you will never see me again, (Marijuana grow op in his Home)..this effected my son for years, in school, with his friends and between us, I never knew why He was so angry, kept so much inside of him, until one day He spilt the beens and I had him taken away, He still has night mares, he still seeks councelling...now He is 18 and wants to sue His father for introducing Marijuana to him at the age of 8, the loss of his school years and the anger that came between him and I, He is a smart Kid and knows that any Father with any morals would not have put him through Hell, could this Law Suit take place in Canada?(His father and I are devorced and He had his Son on weakends at his House).

Marijuana doesn't cause that kind of "Hell." Maybe he was molested and is embarassed to admit it. Dig a little deeper and make him pay for counseling.

Any jerk who would introduce his son to an illegal, controlled substance at EIGHT deserves jail, not a lawsuit, jail. That is neglect.

Recently they had a case here in the USA where a group of teenagers was showing their 2 year old nephews how to smoke pot, unfortunately they were minors themselves or they would have done serious time.

Look, let's get real here. Lawsuits cost money, and even if you win, does this Dad have any dough? I seriously doubt it.

Look, forget the lawsuit. Get together with Dad, get on Jerry Springer, yell at him, and throw a few chairs. I'm sure Jerry pays the people that he has on. Everyone wins.

That lawsuits doesn't stand a chance in hell of even being heard, much less won. Any judge who sees it will immediately toss it out of court as frivolous.

your over reacting. your son must be quite ungreatful. here his father is risking his freedom to make a better life for his family growing a medicinal HERB that has throught history been used safely and recreationally. it is not a drug. perhaps your son needs some real drugs to balance him out.

I'd focus on learning to spell before I attempted a lawsuit.
Especially one as frivolous as this.
