Nail polish remover with acetone will take it off. Just let it soak a bit on the spot.Floor and hands. I know because I am dangerous with crazy glue. I always glue my fingers to the object I am trying to fix. Then I have to soak my finger in a bowl of nail polish remover. The kind without acetone will not work
The nail polish remover might strip the floor in the spot you use it on. If it does, use some mop and glow on the spot and the shine will come back.
If you use it on your hands, use some lotion if you skin feels dry

Vegetable cooking oil will work. You may have to heat the oil a little but it does work. It also works on hands if you get sap from the trees. Or for getting bubble gum out of something.

After it dries you should be able to peel it off the floor, your hands you may need to use a solvent ie lacquer thinner.
