The sun is slowly getting stronger, increasing the shortwave radiation we receive from it.

Humans came from the earth. So anything a human does is a result of Mother Nature or the earth's natural cycle. I don't argue we are the main cause of global warming, but it could be the earth's way of cycling the climate through us, thus eliminating humans from responsibility.
