No, at least not on this planet! Language, whether it be phonetic, verbal, written, pictorial, graphical, symbolic, or kinesic is necessary in order to establish the parameters needed to transform practice to habit to custom to culture. I dislike being so succinct but It would take volumes to elucidate my theory.

no. culture is ideas, customs, and traditions passed on generation to generation- how can you pass it on without communicating
