formally, "please" is "s'il vous plaît" and is pronounced as "seel voo play" Informally, the "vous" is replaced by "te" pronounced as "tuh". The "l" in "seel" is very soft, almost non-existent. The long "a" in "play" doesn't have the diphthong caused by the 'y.

In written form, you could write it out or just abbreviate: stp or svp.
