What do you recommend as a good way to sample new music?

I enjoy LaunchCast radio, but I'm curious what other ways there are to sample new music. I'd like to hear other suggestions for finding new music to enjoy.

If you live in an area with a Barnes and Noble, or Borders, that's a great way to listen to new music. I stay in there forever, scanning all the labels, and listening to the music on the headphones. I know they have these at other stores too, but you can get just about every category there.
