but shes had her tube tied cliped and burnt 14 years ago is it possible because people have been tellng her that it is possible,they told her that they could grow back together

Chances are slim, but my aunt got pregnant after having her tubes tied. But, it was within a couple of years of having it done, not 14. But, she could be. She should take a pregnancy test to see if she really thinks she is.

I've heard of it happening but it's very rare. She may be starting menopause. I don't know how old your mother is though. I think a trip to the doctor or even to the drug store to get a pregnancy test would give some much desired answers.
