What is the best response you could give during an interview to "Whats your biggest weakness?"

That's a tuffy. It really depends on what kind of person is interviewing you. Being a workaholic sounds like it would be a trait that any employer would like in an employee, but workaholics are usually people who can't deal with their personal lives and stay at work for crazy amount of hours to avoid their home life. This could indicate to interviewer that your life is getting ready to blow and you may not be around long or that you can't deal with stressful situations. When answering this question, try to take a negative and turn it into a positive. If you are a woman, you can get away with the answer "chocolate." LOL
When asked this question, I always say that I am a perfectionist so I tend to spend a little more time than others to make sure job is done correctly the first time. Spending more time than others=bad, doing it right first time=good.

They usually ask for 2 or 3.

You can either claim your positives as negatives (I'm a workaholic) or claim something that has LITTLE to do with your profession.

I'm an engineer and I always say that finance and budgets are my weaknesses, because I rarely have to deal with them.

I would say , my tongue cause i talk too much but my attitude always win the interviews, its how you say it.
