How to apply eyeliner?????help....?

ok im 13 and i have no idea how to apply eyeliner???help?? im punk so is there a certain way to appy it in a punky way?help!

y do you all have to give these stupid answers????only a few of you do tho...but still its annoying...i am punk...so shut up

Practice makes perfect- no different with applying eyeliner. If you're punk you'll probably want to go with a black pencil eyeliner. You want to do a thin line right above the lashes on the bottom lid but not too close to your eye because you can get eye infections and for the top lid you want to do a thick line above your lashes. It looks best if you apply some mascara with it and I'm not sure if you want to do this but I used to apply some dark eye shadow (gray, black charcoal) over the eyelines and then blend it up the lid. Is it liquid eyeliner or a pencil? Most punk people wear pretty heavy eyeliner. Depends on what look you want, but usually applying on the inside of the eyelid on the outer edge of the eye works well. Pull your eye lid down slightly with one hand and apply with the other. If it's liquid eyeliner try not to blink too much til it dries a little or it will be a mess

firstly you need to establish whether you want eyeliner above of below your eye...
For below- pull down your bottom eye lid slightly and apply eyeliner to just above your lash line (only if it is a pencil eye liner that you are using!! if its liquid it will run into your eye and really hurt!) Also, if you are punk, you might want to apply it fairly thickly so broaden the line into your lash line and below aswell for desired affect.
For above- dont stretch your top lid out as your line will end up bumpy. Apply in 1 fluid motion if possible, and rest your elbow on a table or something with a mirror close to you. Also rest your hand on your face so you dont jog.
You can also add a flick at the corner of your eye- looks really good!

For punky eye liner, stick to the bottom, I would say. Use a pencil, they're much easier. Just apply a tiny line under the eye then over and over again. It's really simple. But don't do too much, you don't want to look like a, well, you know.

Ok, take a deep breath and calm down.
For the bottom lid, apply it in a line slightly above your eyelashes, and then slightly below it. For the top lid, do a heavy layer above the lashes, but almost touching.
Best combined with mascara.
I'm also 13 and have had some of the same issues.

Ok, so start by applying some in the outside corner of yeach eye. Then 'smudge' it toward the part of your eye closest to your nose. For the top, try to apply it in a thin line along your eye lashes, hen 'smudge' upward. I am PuNk too, and that is how I wear it.... Good Luck!

I don't really know how to apply it punky but i know how to apply it straight. take the outside corner of your eye by placing you index finger right on your skin were it V's and your lower and upper eyelash meet. pull gently away from your face. this will cause your eyelids to close. but with the lashes going down also it stretches the eyelid itself and gives you more room to move. start inward out. you can apply in straight and as much as you want. Its the best method for pencil liner. If you want to use liquid that comes with time and practice.good luck

Make sure you have a good point on the pencil, then starting from the inside (by your nose) make short strokes with the pencil right underneath your eyelashes. Work you way out towards your cheek. Reapply as many times as needed to get the desired intensity.

apply like you would in any style, around the eye, not heavy because you don't wanna look like a raccon & you don't wanna look goth ( major difference between goth & punk!) ( i'm not even sure that punks wear a lot of makeup though... )anys way,keep it simple - run an eyeliner across your bottom lid & call it good..
