I need very detailed specifics as to how, and what exactly this job needs to get done. Steps necessary which need to be taken for a full bolt on turbo kit. What necessary hardware will be needed?
and do I need to reinforce the engine inorder cope with the turbo?

first and foremost is to lower your engine compression ratio, the best way to do it (if you got xtra cash) is swapping to low-compression pistons (forged should be ok).. but if you on a budget, get a nice laser-cut thick and fat metal head gasket.. and NUFORMS block guard (specially made for honda's)..
then the main ingredient..the turbo header and the turbines..the tricky part is to feed the turbo with the engine oil..if you can find an OIL FILTER RELOCATOR KIT or OIL COOLER KIT from any performance shop this can work nicely..from this oil bla-bla thing you can feed the turbines..
then straight to the plumber jobs,. to fabricated intercooler piping and hoses..and finally engine management.. got cash go for a stand-alone programmable ECU.. if not the stock ECU + piggyback module will work ok..
w/out forged pistons, is not recommended to boost more than 1.0bar

definately visit clubrsx.com, there are many members here who have done turbo applications to RSX's, and many of them have detailed documentation of their installs with pictures.

But from what i know and have read, you will need to buy a kit, Greddy is probaly the most common kit, Hondata K-Pro (o and if ur car is an 05/06, ull need an 02/04 ecu to run this), injectors, intercooler, and 3" turbo back exhaust.
