Give me answers for USA and non-USA mobile phone companies.

By "non-USA", I want to say companies from other countries than the USA.

i dont think that you can access the phone number because it is blocked by the phone company and they dont even recieve the number info. ( i believe that that goes for any country). and also, if you call the phone company, they will not give you the phone number even if they have it because in most countries it is illegall to give that info if it is blocked or voluntarily restricted (unless of course you have a Subpoena from a judge to do so.).

if someone calls you with a blocked # , the only way you are going to be able to get the # is by going to you local authorities (police), assuming its for a valid and good reason, and have them call in because they will have to request the law enforcement dept within the cell company,or if you have a subpeona from court, that will work otherwise

Just don't answer the phone. I never answer any calls that are private, annonymous or just say "call". I tell all my friends and family that I don't answer those calls.

usually you can ask your phone provider to tell you who it was. but in some cases they might not tell you, unless the caller was harassing, or threatening you.
