Easiest way is to simply hit the [Print Screen] and paste the whole picture of your desktop in paint and cut the picture that you want, but quality would be bad..
Another harder way, would be to download the flash file from the site (I don't think this is legal), just right click the site and click on the source code so you see the code, and just look for .swf files. After saving this file to your PC, you will also need a .swf to .fla converter. And you will then need a flash editor (Micromedia/adobe) to edit the .fla file and copy the picture..

once you notice the photograph you opt to maintain, hit the Print demonstrate screen key on your keyboard. Then open your fashionable photograph modifying software (even MS Paint will do) and do a Paste. Crop your photograph and save it.
