Help with my built in Webcam for AIM?

I Have Windows Vista...I also have AIM 6.0. I am having trouble using the HP Webcam, it works in the webcam program and I have the AIM settings set to use the "HP webcam" and when I ty to connect to someone all they can hear is the audio. Can someone help me so they can see a picture?

You should be asking this question at the help option of Microsoft or HP or AIM or all three. It is too risky to take advice from total strangers on a subject like this.
