i have never had this problem and do'nt know where to start with this it's not an ongoing problem. just serious personal problems occured

Call your local Social Services aka Welfare department. I'm pretty sure they have this kind of assistance.

If your rental history is good, they may be more forgiving. Perhaps they could accept a partial payment in good faith? Sell what you can on eBay - maybe have a "garage" sale at a friends place? There are also loan advance places (assuming you have a full-time job) - but the interest will hit you hard. Of course, late fees from your apartment can be just as bad.

try to move in a smaller apartment... assistance is useless wher we're talking about money... or try to ask some help from you family (your friends won't help you.. trust me)..
