Anyone tried NasalClear aspirator for babies?

Has anyone tried NasalClear aspirator for babies? How did it work for you? Is it worth the money?

Thanks! My son, 9 months, is always congested. He's not sick or anything, just lots of boogers that sometimes affect his breathing. The manual aspirators just make him scream. :)

I didn't much care for it.Neither did my daughter.LOL
But always check with your doc. before hand.
