Im Trying to Sell these On Ebay!! its not selling someone help me? i Know a Pawn shop will give me more then $200 i got these Tools for around 299. This is nonsence someone help me what could i do?

Sell them to the pawn shop. Do you expect people to give a stranger new prices for used tools of unknown quality?
But, no pawn shop is going to give you $200 for those.
