Paul Robinsons crap

Lehmans always moaning and not bin consistant over 3 years

Petr Cech has got to be the best keeper over 3 years. lots of clean sheets and is a quality keeper.

I agree that Given is up there too with Petr Cech.

I think Cech also because he is still only young. under 25 I think. If he is up there with the best at this age imagine him when hes givens age etc!

Petr Cech has been the best, but you have to remember that he plays behind a top class defence and midfield. Goalkeepers from smaller teams deserve as much merit. Shay Given has been an excellent buy for Newcastle and always pulls of magnificent saves for them and for Ireland. Jussi Jaaskelinan for Bolton has been a great player for a less fanciable team.
Pepe Reina set a record last year for clean sheets but still flaps at crosses and plays behind a good defence.
If Chelsea hadn't have had Cech injured for the early part of the season they would be top I am sure

Jens Lehman. Absolutely exploded in 2006.
Hey, take off the rosy colored glasses for two seconds. Lehman was great in the World Cup and for Arsenal the last couple of years. I could say Cech just to get 10 points, but honestly, he's not even the best keeper in the Prem this year, nor has he ever been. It's either Lehman or Van Der Sar. Go Blackburn and Valencia! Beat the crap out of Chelsea!!

i like petr cech a lot. great player and a wonderful future. i would love to say that it is him i could even putin a great argument for shay given. the amount of work that boy has had to put in is amazing. but honestly the best keeper has to be brad friedel. and not just because i am an American. the man was named one of the five footballers of the year by the times in 03-04. since then he has been a model of consistency. even at his ripe old age!
