theland will cost around 7500 to 10000/- sq. yd. and you will need around 200 sq. yd. so the basic land requirement will be for rs/- 18,00,000/-!
then building it will be around 10,00,000/-
primarary cockreries and staff equipment and adv. around 1,00,000/-!
totaly to open a restaurant it will costaround 30 to 35 lacs! belive me!
if sut land price if you have land then we have saved 18,00,000 lacs so the total cost willnnow only 15 to 20 lacs!

The cost of the franchise, depending on the company, could be upwards of $1 million dollars.
It would be cheaper to start your own authentic restaurant. To start a restaurant, you will probably need around $300,00-500,000 to buy equipment and set it up, plus the cost of the property.
Don't forget the costs of permits for the restaurant.

If you intend to open in 2-3 years, it would be logical to enquire costing then only. A lot would have changed by then.
