it was disgusting, the stewards had the guy and had him controlled. Did they forget that kids watch football? Not exactly a great example! They will go unpunished chelski won't upend one of their own, they deny it like everything else.

I definitely agree. They should get punished, and the fan missed anyways. Then after he missed the punch all the Chelsea players gathered around and started kicking him? It's just as bad as surrounding a player on the other team and kicking him. They should all get fined and penalized by the FA, but they won't since Chelsea is gay and they have too much money for any fines to be adequate.

i don't think that the players should of done anything to him.
i know he was doing wrong by running onto the pitch but the chelsea players were showing off madly and i felt tempted to punch someone.
chelsea bullies are true because they always get away with everything and mostly every fail!!!

I agree. There were the stewards there to control the situation. I don't think they had any place to do what they did, even if they were sticking up for a mate. It would be different if there wasn't anybody around to take sure of the situation. In that case, go ahead and stand up for your mate. But in this case, there were plenty of guys there appointed to take care of those kinds of situations.

Unfortunately the ineffective FA won't do anything. Its no different than the Cantona incident however Chelsea players are attacking a person (no matter how stupid he was) who was restrained on the ground.
If this was outside a pub in England they would be up for assault so I'd like to know how its different than that....

The supporter was stupid, that we acknowledge, also the fact that he should be punished, but to attack a person who is restrained, not one of them , but three of them is an act of cowardess. It is an affront to the game when players are permitted to assault someone and not even self defense . Fines are useless, they and their owner can cover them with ease but the FA won't have the guts to do what they should and deduct points or impose match bans. People go off about Rooney's temper but condone this behavior under the guise of mate protection. Bulls**t and they looked like gang thugs not hero's.

Chelsea always get away with everything because it is much too petty to take a points deduction, and money doesn't matter because even after Roman's £6 billion divorce, he still has something like £8 billion left!

cos he went to do the same to lampard and drogba so they r sticking up for their team mates. if ur friend was being attacked right in front of u would u just do nothing? u would get in there n help em. The Yid fan shouldn't have ran on and started it. its the police and stewards fault for not stopping the fan in the first place.
