I'm straight, and I love women, and I was just wondering, I work with this guy, and he recently came out that he was gay, and I overheard him and this girl in the stockroom of our store, and he was talking about how he really wants to get laid, and I have to admit, this guy really looks like a girl, smooth skinny body, and this really sweet looking girl ***, and he recently just gave me his phone number to hang out, just as friends he said, but should I ask him if he wants to? and if so, how should I got about it!?!?!?

It could ruin your reputation and/or your relations with other coworkers. If he has feminine characteristics, is openly gay, and has never been laid before, then he'll likely "kiss and tell;" it's just what the "girls" do.
If you want to experiment with a man without taking a risk of jeopardizing your "straight" image, then do so with someone else.
But if you REALLY want to, then don't give him mixed signals. The actual experience may be good for the both of you, but the consequences may not.

Do you want to?
If you want to, then tell him you like him as your friend and you would like to have buddy sex if he is interested, but that you are primarily straight and not interested in anything other than sex as friends.
He will say yes or no
If he says yes, then enjoy it -- and remember, even though it isn't a relationship, he is your friend -- don't cut him cold, or let guilt, if any has been trained in by your parents, cause you to mistreat him after you shoot. Treat him nicely and with respect, expect the same in return, and it can be fun. When I was young I had some f**kbuddies -- they always came back for more and I am still friends with those in this area.

I just went through a similar experience, though I don't look like a girl at all. I started having sex with this "straight"guy from the office and the thing got out of control and it was a mess. So I say no, if you want to experiment don't do it with a co-worker.

You sound like you are more bisexual than strictly heterosexual. Try calling him and hanging out together and see what he is like. Then when you are together and alone let him know that you had over heard that he was gay and ask him if that is true. This will give him a chance to come out to you directly and then you can let him know you would be interested in exploring a relationship with him. Good Luck!

You can't just do him then walk away from him. You have to sit with him, hold his hand, rub his chest, stomach, upper thigh, lean over looking into his eyes a give him a gentle kiss, if he is receptive slip him some tongue. Hug him, hold him close and with any luck he'll reciprocate. if you can stomach that then the rest should just come naturally. But you cant just bend him over and go for it then boot him out.

Just ask him. Make sure u can handle it afterwards. I've been with numerous str8 guys and it can get uncomfortable after with soom of them because of their guilt. I just sum it up to a drunken and stupid night of fun.
