I have a motorola slvr with itunes. I downloaded itunes on my computer and when I connect my phone to my computer itunes does not recognize my phone. I bought my phone off of ebay and recieved a cd that downloaded mototunes and it will not let me put any itunes music onto it...I have tried everything...Can anyone help??

Depending on your service provider, that feature may be blocked (i found out the hard way T-Mobile blocks it on the razr). If this is the case, you can try to get around it by removing the mini-sd card from the phone, using the SD adapter and transfering the music directly to your phone. If your provider is not blocking this function, it may be a problem with your computer's usb port to recognize the phone. Is the USB port a 2.0? This seems to be a common problem. Otherwise, check out the motorola help site link below, and it should have step by step directions to help you, as well as you might be able to find help at the itunes website.
