Historically, Ohio State, by far.

Florida has sent 15 players to the NBA, Ohio State has sent 34.

Ohio State produced John Havlicek and Jerry Lucas, who were both selected to the NBA's Top 50 team.

The best players to come out of Florida are Jason Williams and Udonis Haslem.

Florida appears to have more CURRENT NBA players than OSU however. OSU has two active NBA players, while Florida has seven.

You can check out the players produced by each college by going to:

http://www.basketball-reference.com/colleges/

Just click on the college name link, and you'll get a list of every player from that college who ever played in the NBA, along with their NBA career stats.

Then, you can judge for yourself who the best programs are.

Current CBS college Basketball analyst Clark Kellogg was an outstanding high school player who became an All American at Ohio State, and he was a 20 ppg / 10 rpg player as a rookie in the NBA in 1983 (Pacers)...however, his career was cut short by injuries, and he only played 260 games in his NBA career.

Ohio State for sure!, Florida only became good 10 years ago when they went to the Final Four for the first time with coach Loni Kruger who is currently the coach of UNLV

But never forget these are football programs and people at these school's could care less about basketball

Recently it is Florida, however on an historical level it is Ohio State but Florida is definitely catching up.

OSU. I'm a fan of neither so this is an objective view.

They have John Havlicek among their alumni. Florida doesn't have nearly that tradition, although they have been arguably stronger in recent years.

I must also confess that being an Arkansas Razorbacks fan, I do dislike a conference rival like Florida just a tad (grin).

Florida didn't come on until the 90's. Until then they weren't a basketbal power.
