Do you think George and Izzie really slept together or will it be one of those nothing really happened, passed out drunk things? Any other spoilers or news on the show??

I think they really slept together honestly I think they both really liked each other on a more girlfriend/boyfriend level anyways. The alcohol just brought it out!

George and Izzy were naked. So how did her clothes come off? That is the question. I believe they slept together and are going to try and play it off resulting in George slipping and telling someone because Izzie did not pursue or react to his love making.

Yes, they were naked, or appeared to be.
Only thing I know is that Addison is getting a spin-off, so I guess she will be leaving Seattle.
