My husband drinks energy drinks all day long,,,starting first thing in the morning until he leaves work, usually around 5 or so. It seems to make him SO IRRITABLE. He doesn't sleep well and I KNOW that is a side effect (although he won't quit).

Have any of you that drink energy drinks frequently had any side effects?

I don't. Your husband probably needs to get adequate sleep.. the energy drinks are loaded with caffeine and sugar.. A waste of money and not good for the heart as you get older. Drink water, get sleep and eat right and you'll have all the energy you need.. I'm 53. I know.

Most energy drinks are loaded with sugar and caffeine. I drink one or two every day that is all natural, works in 5-10 minutes, lasts for hours, and only costs $1.00. It does not not give you the jitters and you do not have the "crash" effect.

It makes me feel like I am at least 10 years younger and it's the only energy drink that I know of that is actually HEALTHY for you.

How are you doing today i used to drink red bulls all day and they gave me that crash and burn felling but i had to keep drinking them untill i learned about Hiro its an all natural energy drink with no sugar or caffine and it gives you more energy than a red bull without that irritable mood that comes with others.

I have a Full Throttle every morning before school. I'm actually more irritable without it because I'm so tired. I think they're not as bad as people say they are.
