I love that show, it just came back on! Hey, I say whatever works for the couple, and it seems to be working for them, look how long they've been together. Besides, they did get hitched, at her birthday party.

Gene Simmons is probably THE scariest looking man outside of Keith Richards.
Yuck!

Well, if you think about it when we are in a committed relationship (ex marriage) then we are obviously happily married, but there is always an opposite feeling to go along with the positve. He is happily married, but he is also unhappily married since the relationship cannot be ON 100% of the time. It was a trick answer.

I think Gene comes across as a pretty cool cat. Shannon is probably the best thing that ever happened to him. I can definately see his side of it having been there (i'm on my second marriage)...The only reason I would want to get married is so when we start breeding, i won't be the only one at the PTA meeting with a different last name......heehee

well, he has been with the same woman for what around 18 years, has 2 kids ( they seem like a pretty good family ). but he is not thinking, i work at a V.A. hospital, ya know how many people get married in here, because their spouse is dying and at the last minute they think of benefits for their partner and need to marry so their spouse for many years can benefit. people that don't marry after a very long time, only think of theirselves, very selfish people...........hopefully it won't be their spouses loss....................

not sure if he said something new or you're just referring to his past comments. i think that marriage isn't for everyone and he's in a long-term, monogamous relationship with 2 kids and if it works for them - great. i don't buy all his talk about being with all these women and not being faithful to his girlfriend! i think that's a bunch of hype - all talk! :-)

Don't know what you're talking about, but I doubt I'd care what some rock star has to say on marriage.

He is entitled to have his opinions on marriage, just as I am and anyone else who lives in the U.S. and is covered by Freedom of Speech.
