I need to know the differnt ways/methods/types on how you can train people.

Visual learning - learning by seeing
Experiential learning - learning by doing
Kinetic learning - learning by moving to a pattern
Repetitive learning - learning through repetition
Aural learning - learning by hearing

From an employee standpoint, there's pedagogical learning, which is when a professor or trainer stands up and provides a lecture in a classroom. There's on-the-job training, where the employee learns by performing the job. There are experiential classroom methods such as role play or breakout groups to discuss specific work-related situations in a "safe" environment. There are variations of all of the above - pairing an employee with a buddy or mentor for OJT learning; using kinetic learning like an Outward Bound program to reinforce classroom learnings, etc.
