The obvious answer is Iran. This administration has not only been hinting at the possibility of invading Iran, but has had plans drawn up.
The only thing stopping it is VAST public opinion against it, a depleted military, and an opposition congress that would kill all funding going to it.
If the White House can get past all that, we will definitely have a shiny new military headquarters in Tehran.
