Mine is unchanged since I was twelve years old....the Chronicles of Narnia.

Ohmigosh! I don't think I could pick just one. Can't I be some crazy book traveler, and go from book to book? I know Lord of the Rings would be one, Pride and Prejudice probably, maybe Eragon. Wow, so many possibilities. I agree with you on Narnia too, especially Voyage of the Dawn Treader. Talk about an experience! This was a great question, gave me something to daydream about at work! haha!

I agree with you. I'd like to live in Narnia. But, just to be different, I'd like to be Clifford, the Big Red Dog. Everybody loves him and he goes on lots of adventures. Even has his own TV show. Think about it, no bills to pay, only royalty checks coming in to buy lots and lots of kibble.

It's been several years since I first read The Wind in the Willows and it still tops every other book. It's like finding my way home.

Did anyone ever write a book about "Gunsmoke"? I would LOVE to meet Marshal Matt Dillon. I would not be mean to Miss Kitty, but believe me, I would not sit around twiddling my thumbs.
To know Matt would be all I could ever dream of!!! His sense of honor, honesty, gentleness and HUNKAROONINESS.....I don't think I would know how to control myself......I'm not sure I'd even try,to!!!!!!
SUNSHINE LOVES MATTBABY♥
P.S. Kitty, if this upsets you, here's the deal :
You and me...tomorrow....middle of the street...winner gets Cutie Pie !

(As usual I'm all worked up over Matt....Sunshine to the showers...AGAIN!!)
Great question.

i read this awesome series by bj hoff...she wrote 5 books (although, i believe there should've been more to the series), collectively known as 'the emerald ballad' series, set during the potato famine days of ireland...it deals with some families deciding to try to better their lives by sailing to the u.s., and others trying to deal with the troubles at home....it is a dramatic series, but it was so beautifully written, that i often pictured myself within its pages....

but i, too, tend to agree with the person who would want to travel from book to book....that would be AMAZING!

I would want to be part of Pride and Prejedice for sure. I loved the way that everything was back then. So formal and lovely.
