Its not the parties that are the problem. Its the childish bickering that takes place. Neither party gives a hoot about you and I. They are public servants there to REPRESENT us, not THEIR personal agenda. When they are on tv its always "I belive" or "I think we should....." its never the "The citizens I represent would like this" I am not faithful to any party but I do vote with whom I believe will pull the wool over my eyes into belieiving what I believe.

The reality is that these public representatives have nothing to represent. If people do not take the time to vote - what makes us think that they will take the time to speak with their representative? We Americans rarely excercise our rights unless we are doing so to sue someone else and/or stay out of jail.

Along with the vast majority of my fellow Americans, I stopped voting and listening to politicians, years ago.

I suggest you do the same.

Most of our problems are a result of greed and apathy. Our politicians are just the face we associate with it.
