I have talked to him about this but he still hasn't done anything I even stopped just so he would but he doesn't.

Well see one time I stopped for two days to see if he would make the first move like when he got in the shower I put on one of my silky see threw thingy with his favorite panties but he just got out the shower and grabbed his lap top

Ask him why. Is he shy? what's the trouble? Maybe you're just not giving good signals, like stress from the day or other troubles on your mind. If that's not the case, speak up! tell him what you need. Men still don't read minds, after 2000+ years! sheesh!
