Would you save the life of someone you dislike?

I would save my enemy's life because a life is precious and you never know if their life was right. Or would you just let them suffer and die?

Yes, "Do unto others as you would have them do unto you".
I would want them to help me, if the tables were turned.

There are certain people I hate enogh to just let them suffer, but for the most part I would help them
