How do you push boxes for Zelda the Wind Waker on the Game Cube?

I know thats an old game, but I didn't remember and I am having a stupid debate about it with a buddy.

i believe its like the older OOT for N64, u need the gloves to move bigger objects... if memory serves me correct there were two different gloves you get as the game progresses.
Im not positive tho, maybe im thinking of the two different hooks (longshot) that you get. But im pretty sure a pair of gloves gives you the ability to move large objects.

in Wind Waker you grab boxes with R rather than the usual A.

but otherwise it works the same as any other Zelda game, walk up to it, press the button that says grab, and push or pull.

the gloves and longshot the last answerer mentioned are from OOT, though there are bracelets of power that let you ift huge head-shaped rocks over your head the way you lift normal smaller rocks.

I think its the same as the others said you walk up to the box and click R i think then you can push or pull it with that hope it helps

I think you go to the side of the box until it says grab on the R button in the cornner
