I bought a Kitchen Cuttlery Set a couple of years ago with the assumption that it carried a Lifetime Warranty.

Now the scissors as well as one steak knife are broken, but the 800 number listed on the Warranty Card is invalid and there is no address listed.

I searched the internet, but there is no contact information on this manufacturer.

The brand is called "Rogers La Grande Coupe"

Anyone know how I can locate this Manufacturer??

It sounds like your first problem is locating the manufacturer, if they have not changed names / ownership. Perhaps you can work through the retailer that you bought from.

On an item like that warranties are not worth the paper they are printed on. Personally I’d consider items like cutlery to be disposable. Your time may be better served to find a good deal on a replacement.

You could spend a lot of time locating this company. If your lucky you’ll find them. But chances are good you’ll have to take a rickshaw directly to the plant to get satisfaction.

the guaranty is the terrific in the corporate. There are issues that are required to maintain guarantee. that's no longer unreasonable that the producer might prefer to make certain that the traditional upkeep grow to be achieved. have you ever spoken with the district supervisor individually? If the dealership has no longer got here across evidence of ignore this ought to be a comparatively effortless declare. I artwork at a Hyundai dealership and in ten years have not seen a declare denied if the inspection would not teach ignore.
