Ok my girlfriend and i have been having sex for almost 3 years now and she was my first. Well i figured at first this was normal but now im begining to wonder. The first question i guess that i only last maybe 20mins tops and there is nothing i can do about that. And the other is im a one shot and im done kind of thing. Is this all normal? Any Suggestions?

Hey for a first girlfriend 20 minutes is probably way beyond normal. I have heard a lot of women complaining that their guy lasts 5 minutes or less. So congrats are in order. As for once only, that can be normal but you didn't say how often you guys had sex. If you do it every day (at your stage in the relationship a distinct possibility) then yes it's normal. But if you only do it 2-3 times a week, perhaps it is just normal for you body. All I know from experience and guy story sharing is that most guys have a few "more-than-once" experiences (yes I have discounted the bloated brag stories); but am no clinician so it's just grapevine stuff. Perhaps if you did it and waited two hours (after a romantic nap) you could at least try for a repeat. I have done that and also have had times when the second time I was hard but did not come. She didn't mind - that's why God gave you a tongue! Best of luck.

You can go 20 minutes of continuous stimulation without stopping before you ejaculate? That's pretty good. The guys that I've been with usually have to stop a time or two to keep up penetration for that long. Unfortunately, even 20 minutes isn't enough by itself, at least for me. Each girl is different though. Some girls can orgasm fast and some can't. I don't know about your gf, but try spending 20 minutes kissing and playing with her. Manually or orally stimulate her to get her excited before you have actual intercourse. Do that and you should be good. If you have 20 good minutes of penetration, make it count. Instead of using your 20 minutes to get her torqued up, use your time after she's all torqued up so you can bring her to a climax with it. By the way, if you haven't talked to her about whether you are satisfying her, you should be.
As far as a one shot deal, a vast, vast majority of men are that way. So you aren't alone.

You fall totally within the normal parameters for a male. This whole multiple orgasm thing just dosen't happen. There are techniques as stated that can help you to delay ejaculation which may help provide a second orgasm but generally speaking once is it for a male, his refractory time is far longer than that of a female.

That is normal for men,
It is really, well almost impossible for men to last long in sex.
Best thing i can advise you to do is foreplay.
Making sure that she is relaxed and enjoying your actions will increase your sex time.

Sounds like you need to open your mind and forplay is always a good start, don't upset yourself if you finish first then play time begins again and play you can until you are ready again.
