The word professional is normally used to describe a pratitioner who has undergone a long course of training, the seccessful completion of which permits the candidates to be entered onto a register manintained by the ruling body of that profession.

A professional is someone who can be described as one having extensive training or education and belonging to an exclusive group of individuals who have attained the same quality level.
Or Something like that

To be defined as a professional, one must complete a long course of training followed by registration governed by the profession's ruling body.
