You see at the bottom right hand corner of you computer screen the icon that looks like a couple of monitors one in front of the other .well right clikc on that and then click on "Status" and a new window will pop-up with all the information you are looking for.

You have to go to controll pannel then click connections and then click the connection that you are connected to and it should pop up saying all of the info about it.
