Help !!! Really stuck on a music video?

Question

There was a video played on MTV around 2001 it has been played on and off since. The video featured a huge green leafy tree and was in stop-motion. The tree stayed the same but the background changed. I think the tree was in an urban environment which changed behind it. (I think buildings were constructed and crumbled, etc) giving the feel of nature lasting over industry. The song may have been on a ministry of sound (or similar) chill out album. It is a chilled out dance sort of song with a classical feel to it. Help!! (The wife and I called it the tree song for years but never saw the beginning with the titles...) PLEASE HELP US. This Music tree thing is really really bugging us.
