How can we access system files of mobile on PC???

I am having Nokia 3230, as you cannt access system files from Noika PC suite, I have installed FExplorer on my mobile, but is there any software by which I can access mobile's system files on the PC..

once you've a functioning information superhighway connection, Yahoo messenger detects the settings immediately. My connection thoughts is desirous to no proxies. procedures > information superhighway thoughts > progressed > Reset For homestead windows XP it may help.
