I dream of having a female British as a partner. Why is that so? Is it very much deviant from the original principle of love? You can't choose a partner according to her residence or ancestors, can you? Please help.

Sure you can - there is no crime in wanting a specific fantasy as a real life mate. Join a singles group that shares this passion or head off to England and look for the girl of your dreams. Locality can be as valid a source of attraction as hair color, height or bust size.
Where most fantasies get a bad rap is someone (man or woman) who destructively seeks out a fantasy to the exclusion of any possible deviation that they might be compatible with.
In other words, its perfectly fine to be attracted to British women, but to give up your South American girlfriend for example, one whom you have so much in common, for someone with a British accent, whom you barely know, is unrealistic and/or destructive. Besides, if you like Britons so much, maybe your gf would do something sexy for you, like getting some English accent tapes and learning how to speak like that for you.
Sometimes our fantasies can be achieved in ways that are not related to the fantasy, but which can still be satisfying. Be open to the possibilities.

Yeah well I fantasize about French Twins and love had nothing to do with it.
I love Australian accents. I lived in Sydney for a year and a half and I never got over listening to Aussie women.
