They are public records; as such they need to agree with the county jurisdictions decision on placing public records on line.

LIke it or not, anyone can walk into a courthouse and read a divorce record; just as they can read a mortgage or a judgement record for anyone

No, they are public records you can read at your County Court House. I have been divorced and now I just live in sin.
