I need a bit more information than that? Operating system and what type of browser you are using. When you open the browser does it just close itself or what.? Well with the little information you gave the only thing I can suggest is open my computer if you have an address bar that says my computer delete that out and try going to firefox.com and download that browser. If you don't have an address bar click on veiw go to toolbars the click on address.

I need more details, does your browser just close? if you're using internet explore then you may want to contact microsoft, or maybe reinstall if you have the software on a cd. It could be corrupt or broken..... you can send more info to my email morningstory2000@yahoo.com
