The report about the death of Bob Woolmer is as follows:
On 18 March 2007 Bob Woolmer was found unconscious in his hotel room in Kingston, Jamaica. He was taken to the nearby University Hospital but it was later confirmed that he had died. A post mortem will be carried out as required by Jamaican law. Pervez Mir, the Pakistan team media manager said that Woolmer had suffered from an un-named medical condition although Naseem Ashraf, the Chairman of the PCB, later said that Woolmer had complained of breathing difficulties before the team left for the World Cup, and also revealed that he had been a diabetic. His son was subsequently reported as saying that Woolmer may have died as a result of stress brought on by his job or from a heart attack.

He was diabetic, had some heart problems and heard that he had some respiratory problem as well........Plus he was under pressure duing this WC. he Put a great hard work for Pakistan team but they could not show good performance agaisnt Ireland and got defeatd as a result are dropped from World cup.......so this added to his stress.becuase he was a devoted coach....now only the autopsy would prove the actual cause .which is to be carried within next 24 hours !but this defeat has contibuted to it !
Now here above it is said that Pakistani team is not allowed to leave the country ....that is wrong..because it is confirmed now that they would come back on the decided date and they are not under investigation !
Inzeman had resinged the one day matches plus captainicy and he will play the test and will also play the last match against ZImbabawe. he resinged out of depression and being guilty for the deafeat...not becuase he has murdered woolmer. thats ridiculous to talk of .i think the Pakistani team is suffering the most because they have spent more than 3 years togather and Woolmer was like a memeber of their family . they respected the man to death........well there are some disagreement on the issues and its natural to have between the captain. team or coach..now accusing the team for that and considering them suspicious for His murder is absurd ! All pakistanis and the team loved him alot...We don't have any regret for defeat and this time everyone in Pakistan is sad and upset for woolmers only.this shows how much pakisatnis loved him and adored him! Defeat did contributed to his deaht but that was not a deliberate contribution...becuase team has suffered the shame and criticizm from media and they have to suffer for years for this shameful defeat !( sorry for irrelevant things but just trying to explain some answers above)
Autopsy would tell the actual cause !its too early to predicton our own !
May his soul rest is peace........realy terrible to feel that i m not going to see that man again with Pakistan team !

Mystery Surrounds Around Pakistan Coach Bob Woolmer’s Death
Submitted by Rohit Bhandiye on Tue, 2007-03-20 17:17.
The circumstances surrounding Bob Woolmer's death are likely to become clearer with a post mortem scheduled to begin later on Tuesday.
Unable to travel to the West Indies, the Pakistani coach's family has authorised team trainer and close friend Murray Stevenson, who is also from South Africa, to go ahead with the autopsy and carry out all formalities in their absence.
Once the official report has been released, Stevenson will accompany the 58-year-old's body back to Capetown.
Meanwhile, the team itself will not be allowed to leave Jamaica before the investigation has been completed.
The team will be shifted to a hotel in Montego Bay after playing their last group match against Zimbabwe on Wednesday.
Woolmer died under mysterious circumstances in Jamaica on Sunday - a day after Pakistan's shock defeat to Ireland.
Jamaican authorities are understood to be examining three possible reasons for Woolmer's death.
Reports have suggested that the coach may have died of a prescription drug and alcohol overdose coupled with stress, Sleep apnea and the possibility of a rupture of an ulcer as blood spots were seen in Woolmer's hotel room.
The 58-yr-old Woolmer was a diabetic and was found lying unconscious in a pool of vomit in his room at the Pegasus Hotel in Kingston, Jamaica.
Meanwhile, Pakistan President and patron-in-chief of the Pakistan Cricket Board Pervez Musharraf has said he was distressed and dejected after the team's embarassing performance at the World Cup.
Earlier, the Board's National Selection Committee headed by Wasim Bari tendered its resignation.

Hang on till the coroner does the autopsy for more details. Sadly, as of now one fact is for sure - he indeed is dead and no more :-( All the others are matter of speculation. It is suspected as of now that he died of heart attack. Pending autopsy reports, we stick to this version and pray that the Great Soul rests in peace!!! His death has taught a good lession. Always believe it a game only. Don't be too sentimental. OK!

Only his Soul will know, how these pak players (are they worth calling players) have ill treated him.
why inzamam has quit immediately after the death,
only inzamam knows
Surely, BW's death will add to the unresolved mysteries in the history of cricket.

Cant say. Maybe he was killed or he committed suicide after Pakistan's shock defeat to Ireland.
