I get irritated by the black on white crime, NOT because I'm racist. Because I'm not.
But because in the reverse situations the media is all over it. There are all these protests and people screaming racism. All these groups get involved and so on.
But when it happens that it is black on white crime, like that situation in Knoxville, white people aren't aloud to show the same outrage. That in itself is prejudice and therefore racist.

I have been fuming for years over the Wichita massacre, and then Knoxville happens. If these were random murders for material gain it would be easier to write off as the consequences of poverty. However, these people were tortured, degraded, raped, mutilated, burned, and killed. And people say, blacks can't be racist. I know people like these are the minority in their community and we have them too, but I don't support mine and then raise hell about their's . Knoxville put me over the edge. It is not a case of something must be done, its a matter of something will be done. State sanctioned death penalties are a joke. I have a feeling the ripple effect of this crime, the national media blackout, and the silence of black folks about it will have repercussions. Thank god for the internet. How do racial crimes affect Americans?........It keeps us from growing as a person and as a country!........In order for us to grow as a country we must communicate ..process information and learn!...this is the fundamental element for human biengs to survive.Racism is a desease that slows this process down!.......When human biengs do not cummunicate ....we do not learn and do not grow!....the more people the more communication the more growth.....we must share information and kill this decease(racism) that infects people's minds.....once we do this we can reach our potential as a country......as a person!
the only crime that hits home to me is apathy....

My aunt has owned her home for 20yrs now. About five years ago, a white family moves in next door and starts piling trash against her house. When she asked them politely to remove it, she recieved all kinds of threats and racial slurs. My aunt is a small mild mannered woman, and the head of the white household was well over six feet tall. He tried to bully her and thought no one would help. There were many more instances before my aunt felt compelled to call my brothers and I, and when we went to him, he blew up, grabbed a large metal bedframe and started swinging it at us. He and his son both got their *ss whooped, but when the cops got on the scene, they arrested me. We went to court and the white family never showed. We thought that was the end of it, but he kept aggravating my aunt to the point where she took her pistol next door and shot him. The white family moved out after that.
Moral:
He should of just been courteous to his neighbor and not used her race as an excuse to act such an *ss!
