Every other room in the house has electricity except my master bedroom and my closet. Even the bathroom in my bedroom has electricity. I tried to flip the switch to the breaker, but it doesn't stay in position it keeps flipping back. Anyone know what's wrong with it. I'm going to contact an Electrician but didnt' know if this was a major problem to fix and what the costs associated with it would be. Any ideas? Anyone know of a good electrician in Houston?

First unplug all things form wall sockets, try again, and if it works, it must be a short, or overload in one of the things. If it still persists, check light fixture for fault.

Something is causing a short in the wiring. Like it was said above, unplug everything you can and then reset the breaker, if it trips again, then the problem is in the house wiring and you should get an electrician in to take a look.
It could be a bad breaker, but breakers don't usually fail unless they have been tripped a bunch. It may be a problem with a receptacle, someone might have gotten water into it while cleaning.

This could be hazardous, get it checked out.

unplugging everything is a great idea... you can even try taking the light bulbs out of the socket of your light fixture... it definitely sounds like a short circuit or a ground... if you want to check if it is the breaker you can swap it with one already existing in you breaker panel...shut off the breaker and swap the wire with one that works...make sure they have the same rating...like 15 or 20 amps...just put them back where they were when your done

Hand pup had a good idea. How about checking the breaker? Breakers go bad, too. Breakers are easy to replace. It's a DIY project.

Just having to ask this question indicates you need to get a more experienced person involved. Electrical work can be very hazardous if you are inexperienced.
