My period is late and I took a preg test and it was negative. What should I do?

If it doesn't start in a couple of more days you may want to retest. Sometimes your period will just be late. My period was 2 weeks late one time, and I thought I was pregnant, but I wasn't it was just late and I'm usually never late, so it happens. Good luck

Not knowing how many days your period is late
I will tell you to wait and take another one or go to the doc for a blood test, if the test still show neg wait at least 1 to2 wks
if you still not have a period than go back visit the doc
to prescribe you pills that can help you with your period

wait to start your period. wait a week take another test. see your doctor. don't stress about it though cuz it will cause you not to start your period. there are alot of reasons that you will skip a period change in diet & exercize, stress, ect. if you have reasons other than a late period to believe your pregnant i recomend seeing your doctor. test get expensive so try to wait a week in between. (i know it's hard the suspence is killing me too). if you don't get your period by th etime it's due next month and you haven't seen your Dr. i would definately go. i hope it goes the way you want it to Best of luck and God bless

It depends on how late you are. If you are only a couple of days late then wait about 2 weeks and take another. If that still doesn't show anything make a doctors appointment.

First you shouldn't panic. Remain calm. Wait a few days and if it still hasn't came on take another if negative again you shold contact your doctor. At-home pregnancy tests are not always 100% right.
